Daniel Alride, CFP Daniel Alride, CFP CEO, Appollo Wind Technologies, LLC

Mr. Daniel J Alride is the Chief Executive Officer and Co- Founder of Appollo Wind Technologies, LLC. He has been serving in this capacity since 2009. Mr . Alride began his professional career in the Wealth Management field serving in numerous capacities with Bank of America, Regions Bank and most recently Wells Fargo as a Vice President in Private Banking. During his tenure there he assisted affluent entrepreneurs and executives with business and personal wealth planning including investment advice, retirement planning, commercial and residential financing and estate planning. Since joining the Appollo management team full time in 2009 Mr. Alride completed second round financing, brought Appollo from the Academic setting at Dartmouths esteemed Thayer School of Engineering to Appollo's own facility in Cambridge Mass. and represented Appollo at the ARPA-E Innovation Summit in Washington DC as a sponsored project of the Department of Energy. Mr. Alride currently serves on the Foreign Direct Investment Committee of Tampa Bay and has been a Certified Financial Planner.

Peter Swett Peter Swett Senior Research Engineer

Peter A. Swett joined the AWT team in Cambridge as Chief Technology Officer with key responsibilites also focused on product development and commercialization of the Isothermal Turbo Compressor technologies. Peter joins the team full time, having been an integral part of AWT's stage one proof of concept work at Dartmouth College. Prior to that, Peter worked as contract Chemical Engineer for Critical Fluid Technologies, Inc., a Boston based firm specializing in hydrocarbon and fluid dynamics projects. Peter brings a solid experience base working on Department of Energy funded research projects, an important part of AWT's stage two business plan. Peter's educational experience includes a Chemical Engineering B.S. from Northeastern University and a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Massachusetts.

Dr. John R. Hannon Dr. John R. Hannon

Dr. John R. Hannon Ph. D. has joined AWT as Chief Operating Officer leading the research efforts in Cambridge. John joins AWT after recent experience as Senior Research Engineer at Mascoma Corporation and prior engineering experience with Tri-Mont Engineering and Schlumberger. In these previous roles, John specialized in biofuel engineering and the development and testing of new fuel and energy technologies. John's background includes nine years of military service culminating in his role as Captain/Commander in the Massachuesetts National Guard. His educational experience includes Graduate studies at Dartmouth College where he received his Ph.D. in Biofuels and Masters and Undergraduate studies in Chemical Engineering at Northeastern University.

Randell Drane, PE Randell Drane, PE Mechanical Engineer

Randell Drane has joined AWT as a Mechanical Engineer to compliment Peter and John’s chemical engineering skills making an overall diverse team. His main focus over the next 6 months will be refrigeration cycle modeling, mechanical design and manufacturing of the next series of machines. Randell’s prior experience includes various mechanical engineering positions with Casepick Systems, Asyst Automation, Da’lan, and R.J Moran Production Machining. In these roles he exercised engineering discipline, creativity and determination to successfully advance projects and products. Randell is trained in Sematech’s FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), Motorola’s corporate quality course Design for Manufacturability and has over 20 years experience with various CAD platforms. Randell has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Massachusetts.

David Ledee David Ledee

David has been with Appollo since 2009 and has taken on a number of managerial responsibilities. David supports the team on many levels, from record keeping, strategic planning and business development to logistics his attention to detail and out of the box analysis is a tremendous asset to the team. David is a effective communicator and innovative problem solver and thrives in a dynamically changing environment and is a great fit for Appollo and our cutting edge technology.
